Eduardo Yubero, from Segovia, arrives to Paraguay at the age of 19, in search of a new life.


After having undertaken a series of successful business, he decided to bet on a beautiful building of 1858, which once was the residence of Venancio López, brother of Marshal Francisco Solano López. This is how the Asunción Palace Hotel was born.
